Terms of Service for Appswifts
Welcome to Appswifts! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, visiting our website, or signing a project agreement, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
3. Services & Deliverables
Services will be provided as agreed in project proposals, quotes, or contracts.
Appswifts reserves the right to decline or terminate projects at its discretion.
Timelines depend on client responsiveness and provision of required content and feedback.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and timely feedback
Supply necessary content (text, images, branding)
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
Pay invoices according to agreed terms
5. Payment Terms
A deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins.
Final payment is due before project handover or site launch.
Late payments may delay project delivery or incur additional charges.
6. Revisions & Changes
Most projects include up to 2 free revisions.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra costs.
Major changes after final approval will be billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the client owns all final deliverables.
Appswifts retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8. Third-Party Services
Appswifts may recommend or use third-party tools (hosting, domains, plugins).
We are not liable for third-party service issues, downtime, or price changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Appswifts is not liable for:
Loss of data or business due to system failures, hacks, or third-party services
Client misuse or unauthorized access
Damages beyond the amount paid for the service
10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may cancel the agreement in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If cancelled mid-project, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.
11. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and agree to keep all client information and project details confidential unless written consent is given for disclosure.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or in the competent courts of Rwanda.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
